ReDiseña is licensed to you for personal and professional use on Apple devices you own or control. You may create as many projects as you like. Please use the app lawfully and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent it.

The photos, designs and projects you create are entirely yours. Because everything stays on your device, we never receive or claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for the images you capture and how you use them.

The ReDiseña name, brand mark, interface design and the app itself are our intellectual property. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding beyond running the app as intended.

ReDiseña is provided "as is." While we work hard to make it reliable and beautiful, we can't guarantee it will be error-free or fit every purpose. Design visualizations are creative aids, not architectural or engineering plans.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Since ReDiseña stores everything locally, we recommend keeping device backups of anything you value.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
